All alone!
Whether you like it or not,
Alone is something
You've been quite a lot.
But that chapter is closed,
On you must go.
For standing still
Gets you no where, you know?
The open road
Will take you to bright places.
Great adventures await,
As well as new faces.
Studies will be hard,
There's no doubt about it.
Take a break,
Head to Target.
Or lay out,
In your hammock or under the sky.
Unless it looks cloudy,
Then run to REI.
Oh the things you will see,
And the memories they will create.
Maybe one day,
You'll actually have your painted plate.
Look forward to this,
That in no time at all.
Joy will take over,
You'll be having a ball.
So though it may seem,
You've been lonely so long.
In a blink of an eye,
You'll be living your life's song!
