Day Off

Is this real? Did I really spend the whole day doing whatever I wanted? Yup! I slept in. I mean, I really slept in- PAST 8! I had oatmeal AND granola for breakfast followed by a half glass of coffee with the most delicious creamer. Maybe it was the caffeine but I then stole a puppy and headed to the woods and walked aimlessly for TWO hours. It was amazing! Returned home and giggled along with the pathetic attempt at humorous midday television shows...until I got sucked into a soap opera. I know, I know. Then I got wrapped up in my book again. Jodi Picoult, WOW! Who knows what else the day will hold but I am loving NOT knowing.
